3. What the Service is and is not
Expert Consilium is an automated report supporting business decision-making. The User describes in writing a specific business decision, question or dilemma (the question). The User creates the question independently, stating their own facts and figures. The question is processed independently by several AI perspectives (4, 8 or 12, depending on the level: Essential, Consilium, Grand Consilium), which anonymously rate each other's answers, and at the end one structured report (decision brief) is produced with options, considerations, risks, open questions and a proposed next step.
The process is fully automated. No person reviews or edits the report before delivery. Before delivery the system checks that the promised number of perspectives has been completed.
The Service is general business decision support. It is not consulting, legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, psychological or any other regulated advice provided by authorized professionals in the relevant field, and it does not replace a licensed professional. The decision is always yours.
We reserve the right to replace or change the list of AI models and providers used to produce the report, without changing the substance of the Service, the level, or the number of AI perspectives you paid for.
Immediately after payment, the question you submitted is automatically passed to the AI models. You can no longer correct or supplement the question, but you can ask a one-time follow-up question about the delivered report (up to 250 characters), which is included in the price. The report is created automatically by AI models. Depending on how precise your question was, you may receive a report that meets your expectations to a greater or lesser extent.
The report is not created or edited by any person, only by AI models, so Expert Consilium is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information in the delivered report. Expert Consilium only helps your question to be processed by several AI perspectives that answer independently, anonymously rate each other's answers and finally produce one structured report. Assessing the reliability and accuracy of reports created by AI models is up to you, and responsibility for the business decision you make is yours.
