Limitation of liability

Expert Consilium is a general-purpose automated business decision-support service that generates analysis based on the information you provide, using a system of multiple separate artificial intelligences. A report is not factual verification or a guarantee of outcome.

Last updated: 17 October 2026.

What the service is not

The report does not constitute any form of medical, health, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation, regardless of the topic of the inquiry. The report also does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or any other form of regulated professional advice requiring a corresponding license. For decisions in these areas, please consult an appropriate licensed expert.

Limitations of artificial intelligence

Responses are generated through an artificial intelligence system that, despite multiple separate AI perspectives, may contain inaccuracies or incomplete assessments. Agreement among AI models is not the same as fact-checking: even when multiple separate models reach the same conclusion, this does not guarantee that the underlying claims are true. The service provides multi-perspective analysis, not verified facts.

Client responsibility

The client is responsible for independently verifying all key facts and figures before making any decision. By using this service, the client acknowledges and accepts that the report represents only one perspective in the decision-making process, and that sole responsibility for any business, financial, health, or other decision rests with the client.

Limitation of total liability

Expert Consilium and its founder are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, health consequences, property damage, or missed business opportunities, arising from the use of, reliance on, or interpretation of the content of the report. Our total liability to you is limited to delivering a report generated by AI models in accordance with the Terms of Use and refunding the amount paid in accordance with the Service Cancellation and Refund Terms. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law. In other cases, liability covers only damage that was foreseeable when the contract was concluded.
