Who's behind Expert Consilium
Goran Granić · Founder, Master of Pharmacy
Expert Consilium was founded by Goran Granić, a Master of Pharmacy (Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade) with more than 25 years in the sales and distribution of pharmaceutical and IVD equipment across Southeast Europe. Throughout that career he regularly made decisions on supplier contracts, exclusive partnerships, pricing strategy and entering new markets, decisions where one wrong call is costly.
Out of that need for a structured second opinion came a personal tool for comparing several separate AI perspectives before major business moves. That tool grew into Expert Consilium, an AI decision support service now open to other executives and entrepreneurs facing similar decisions.
How we work
The process is the same for every level of analysis: you describe the situation, we suggest a level if you need one, separate AI perspectives examine the question, each one anonymously evaluates and ranks the others' answers, and you receive a structured report to support your decision.
